At present, 2009 Jining Sunrise Relief Project of Supporting the Schooling of college students is over-fulfilled. And all-level charity organizations distribute about 3,030,000 RMB to 1,163 needy freshmen, including 1,077 needy freshmen with 2,419,000 RMB(exceed 619,000 RMB) and 86 needy college students with 610,000 RMB.
2009 Jining Sunrise Relief Project of Supporting the Schooling has two prominent characteristics, namely, strengthening the special fund collection in order to ensure the relief implementation of college students of families that receive the minimum living allowance and highlighting the priority relief of college students of family-planning families. Since the start of the project, municipal-level and county-level charity federations take effective measures to raise over 530,000 RMB and set one foundation supporting the schooling with 2 million RMB. And Jining Charity Federation directly raises 202,300 RMB through “taking hands and supporting the schooling” to help 70 needy college students. And the relief activities ensure the relief implementation of college students of families that receive the minimum living allowance and highlight the priority relief of college students of family-planning families in proportion as 2:1 that wins wide compliments of society.
